What if I don't have photos or content ready?
Most clients don't. The content checklist we send is built for busy owners — phone photos and voice notes are enough, and we offer copywriting from your voice notes as an add-on ($200).
Do I own the website?
Fully, on final payment. Domain in your name, site in your control. If you ever leave, everything goes with you. No hostage-taking.
What are the monthly costs after launch?
Care plans are $79 or $149/mo after your free first month — hosting, backups, security, edits, and a human on WhatsApp. No lock-in. You can also host it yourself; we'll hand it over clean.
Can customers pay in my currency?
Payments run on Stripe — USD by default, and we'll confirm the right setup for how your customers actually pay on the free call.
I'm in Jamaica / the UK / Canada — does that matter?
No. The whole point is a business that runs wherever you and your customers are. Calls happen on WhatsApp; everything else happens on the site.
